This page runs entirely in your browser and talks directly to OpenAI and GitHub's APIs. Nothing is stored on a server. Your API key and GitHub token stay in this browser's local storage — they are never written into the repo. See the README for details.

Enter passphrase

Light UI lock only — see the banner above for what actually protects this repo.

Set up admin access

No passphrase is configured yet, so this page hasn't unlocked anything below. Set one now — it'll be committed straight to js/config.js so it applies on every device from then on.

Used once now to save the passphrase, and reused below once you're in.

I'd rather not paste a token here — just give me a hash to paste manually

Paste the resulting hash into js/config.js as adminPassphraseHash, commit, and push — then reload this page.

1. Add conversations

Drag and drop as many audio or video files as you want, or click to browse. Files over ~25MB are automatically split for transcription behind the scenes — you'll still only ever see and play the original file you uploaded.

Name your files MM-DD-YYYY_Title.ext or MM-DD-YYYY-Title.ext and the date/title are picked up automatically. Anything else, you'll be asked to fill them in before it processes.

2. Review before publishing

Each topic's timestamps are a comma-separated list of mm:ss (e.g. 1:20, 14:05).

2. Manage existing conversations

Edit a title/summary by hand, or regenerate the summary, major points, and topic index from the original transcript — useful if timestamps look off, or after improving the summarizer. Regenerating never touches the audio file.
